  Justin this is where I made your mom get her 23rd boobjob. Every time I think they're big enough they're not. Once they get big enough to cover her face I think all will be well. Also when we were here we kept hearing screams. Then I realized it was just her echoes from our good time. I'm sure they can be heard across the world. I am a layinitdown master.

  I came here because I had gotten diarrhea from eating amazing expired food. When news broke, the supreme leader himself came down to the hospital and personally anally probed me. I feel touched

  I cannot recommend this place highly enough. After coming down with stomach pains from eating the week old cotton candy that Rungna People's Pleasure Ground is famous for I took myself off to the Pyongyang People's Hospital as I could only assume it would be preferable to visiting the Pyongyang Animal's Hospital. And how right I was as it was easily the best four weeks I've ever spent whilst being poked, prodded and anally probed (would normally pay extra for this service back home). It has certainly left me with a greater appreciation for the Supreme Leader, who after watching series 2 of Doogie Howser M.D named himself Chief of Medicine and personally oversaw all experimental procedures including sleep deprivation,cutting off all contact with the outside world and having to trade vital organs for traditional fare which looked surprisingly like stale bread and a water-like liquid but somewhat lacking in taste. Despite the rapid weight loss, nervous tics and a now irrational fear of rectal thermometers I would not hesitate to return to this fine establishment if only to ask why I now have what feels like some sort of microchip embedded into the back of my neck (probably some sort of North Korean practical joke, seriously these guys never stop with the high-jinks). Pyongyang People's Hospital , "come for the third world medical care, stay for the embalmment"
